Believe me, I know how much being in pain can detract from your workday — whether you work at home or in an office full of people who are also suffering discomfort from the way they work.
Putting an end to your daily pain means changing things both day and night. Getting a stand-up computer desk or a balance ball chair, for example, are things you can do to change the way you work and eliminate lower back pain and neck strain. But you can also make a difference all day long by sleeping on a memory foam mattress topper, changing your mattress altogether or doing some stretches and other exercises while you aren’t working.
My name is Eric Parker, and I have pain in my lower back and neck every day. But thanks to the actions I’ve been taking, I’m reducing the pain every day. I spend hours every day at the computer writing Internet content to educate and inform people like you. But it takes its toll on my body.

Writing is what I enjoy most, but my eye problems and my back problems have threatened my being able to continue this career that also serves as my hobby. If I didn’t do this, I don’t know what I’d do. I can’t tell you how much it means to me that even though I have some problems, there are solutions available that ease my back pain and make my neck and shoulders feel good enough that I can accomplish everything I want to accomplish.
We’re in the same boat, but I feel pretty good most days thanks to the many positive actions I take every day and every night. You can feel great too — if you take the right actions. A day is coming for you when you won’t hurt anymore.
